3 R's of Holiday Time

Instead of having Holidaze, I invite you to enjoy the Holidays!

Dr. Roger, at Mile High Church, suggested a beautiful reminder- to celebrate using the three R's: RELEASE, REMEMBER and REACH OUT.

Release: STUFF, WEIGHT, ANYTHING OF EXCESS- too many parties, too much to do, wrap, buy, exchange. Let it all go.

Remember: When you get quiet, get peaceful, your mind thinks of relationships which are deeply meaningful to you and yet neglected. Remember those who you make your life so rich.

Reach Out: Share time with those who you remember and love. Send a card with photos if they are far away. REACH OUT and say what's on your heart.
